Targeted massage treatment at Recharge Health
  • Here for pain relief? That’s the treatment focus.

Your RMT assesses your discomfort and movement concerns, then selects hands-on techniques to address relevant muscular tension and restrictions.

  • Your priorities guide where we spend the time.

Tell us what hurts and what you want addressed. Treatment can concentrate on those areas and related tissues, with pressure adjusted through your feedback.

  • Clear fees. Direct billing available.

See appointment prices before booking. We offer direct billing through participating insurers for eligible plans, with any remaining balance your responsibility.

A few things to know before you book.

Is deep tissue massage available?

Yes. Deep tissue techniques may be included in Targeted Massage for Pain & Function when appropriate. Tell your RMT about your concerns and preferred pressure so treatment can be adapted to you.

Can you focus on my neck, shoulders or back?

Yes. Tell your therapist which areas are your priority and what activities feel difficult. Treatment can concentrate on those areas and related tissues, with your consent, rather than following a set full-body routine.

Which appointment length should I choose?

Choose Quick Relief, 25 minutes, for one specific concern. Targeted Relief, 50 minutes, allows more time for your main concern and related areas. Full-Body Recovery, 80 minutes, provides additional time for several areas or a broader treatment. Discussion and assessment are included within your appointment time.

Does targeted massage have to be painful?

No. Deeper pressure is not automatically better. Your therapist checks your comfort and can adjust the pressure, technique or pace. You can ask for a change or stop treatment at any time.

Can you direct bill my insurance?

We offer direct billing through participating insurers for eligible plans. Check your coverage and any referral requirements before your appointment. If your insurer cannot be billed directly, you pay for the visit and receive a receipt to submit according to your plan.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You can book directly. Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so check your policy if you intend to use benefits.
